The mattress must be turned and / or rotated regularly to promote even wear.

- Rotate the mattress every 3-4 weeks for the first 6 months.
- Rotate the mattress every 3 months thereafter.
- Rotate the box springs, if applicable, every 6 months

Limited Warranty + Non Pro-Rated Period
The Good Bed Guys warrants it’s handcrafted, exclusively designed mattress to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials, excluding the fabric cover, when properly supported by its original base. This warranty does not extend to bends, burns, tears, soil, normal wear and tear, or the results of abuse not caused by The Good Bed Guys Company.
Should the mattress fail to meet the provisions of this warranty, the purchaser may return it to The Good Bed Guys at the purchaser’s expense. The Good Bed Guys will inspect the mattress and if found to be defective will, at its discretion, repair or replace the mattress at no charge to the purchaser during the non pro-rated period. A pro-rated charge may apply for repairs or replacements supplied following the non pro-rated period.
The Good Bed Guys may substitute like-quality materials if the original materials are no longer available. Transportation of the repaired or replaced mattress is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All King/Cal King mattresses must be slept-on in the center area periodically to produce a natural, even wear-in on surface. A center-support bed frame or bedstead must be used for Queen or King mattresses or this warranty is void.
