To ensure your comfort, we offer a 30 Day Comfort guarantee. In order to allow your body to adjust to the new mattress,
we ask that you sleep on your new mattress for 30 nights, before making an exchange. The comfort guarantee is a one time exchange and only applies to mattresses $899.99 and above. If you are not comfortable, you may select another mattress (No refund if exchanged mattress is less value / if exchanged mattress is greater value, you pay the difference). Removal of the law label, damage, abuse, soiled or stained mattress are considered unsanitary and will void your comfort exchange. Purchasing a mattress protector is recommended to ensure a stain free mattress during your 30 Day comfort guarantee. No cancellation may be made on the original purchase. The Comfort Guarantee does not apply to furniture, adjustable beds, custom sizes , mattresses sold as-is, warranty exchanges, pillows, protectors or sheets. There is a $99.99 delivery charge if local delivery is requested. This policy applies to mattress purchases only. Adjustable bases, foundations, and accessories are a final sale.
*A $75.00 re-delivery /exchange fee applies to all Comfort Exchanges.
Please note that warranty replacements and out-of-state deliveries are excluded from the trial.
Recycle Fee Program:
As of January 2018, California State Law requires retailers to collect a $10.50 “recycle fee” on each mattress, box spring, foundation, and base sold. This recycling fee is “per piece” so if your box spring or foundation comes in two pieces, the fee will be charged for each piece. The state approved the amount of the fee and it is not set or controlled by the retailer.
The fee funds the state’s mattress recycling program, which is administered by the Mattress Recycling Council.
What does the fee pay for?
The state law requires retailers to collect a recycling fee on each mattress and box spring sold. The amount of the fee was approved by the state and is not set or controlled by individual retailers. The fee funds the state’s recycling program.
State law requires retailers to collect this fee on any new mattress and box spring sale to fund the state’s mattress recycling program. Contaminated mattresses posing a health or safety hazard are not eligible for recycling through the program.
Warranty Facts:
Your mattress is under warranty guidelines - if any part of the surface area compresses 1” or more for a spring bed and .75” or more for a foam bed. If you feel that your mattress is defective, simply contact us. (Original invoice required). An inspector will be scheduled to perform an in-home inspection on your mattress. Once verified by the inspector as a warranty defect, appropriate service/repair will be initiated.
Customer is initially responsible to pay a mandatory $50.00 warranty inspection fee to conduct an inspection of their mattress in their home. If mattress is deemed to be defective, the $50.00 fee will be reimbursed. Customer is responsible for any transportation costs for picking up and redelivery of product should it be replaced or repaired under warranty.
Delivery Policy:
There must be a responsible adult present at the time of delivery for the delivery team to complete the delivery. If no adult is present to accept and sign for the delivery the delivery team will return the merchandise to the store and the customer will be subject to an additional $75.00 redelivery fee. Customer must then call the store to reschedule their delivery at least 24 hours prior to the next available delivery date.
Special Orders / Custom Orders / Special Sizes:
All special orders, adjustable bases, floor models and closeout merchandise sales are final. Special order items include but are not limited to odd sizes, extra long beds, fabrics. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WRONG SIZE ISSUES AFTER A MATTRESS/ SET HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO A CUSTOMER. NO FREE EXCHANGES FOR HIGH OR LOW PROFILE FOUNDATIONS / BOX SPRINGS AFTER COMPLETED DELIVERY. AFTER MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, ANY CHANGES WILL BE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY.
Refunds Policy:
ALL CANCELLED SALES, AFTER 24 HOURS FROM PURCHASE, ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
Allow 2-3 weeks processing time for all credits and refunds. Special orders are not subject to cancellation.
There are absolutely no returns or refunds on delivered, received or open merchandise.
